Just back from Atlanta where 5000 top Realtors from across the country gathered to share updates on the real estate market.  Here in Raleigh, we are still enjoying one of the best markets in the country.  Just ask Forbes Magazine or the Wall Street Journal about our forecasts for jobs and housing appreciation.  Of course, it's not all "high tech" because one of the top take home messages that ethics in real estate is one of the most important things both buyers and sellers are looking for when dealing with a Realtor.
