Going Green at Home

Choosing the right home is essential to quality of life. I always ask my clients questions to get to know you and learn about your lifestyle and your dreams for a new home. Then I work to ensure that we find a home that offers, within your price range, the best possible combination of the desired amenities.

I’ve studied hundreds of area homes and can recognize the difference between a healthy home and a problem home. I look for quality construction, an appealing design, energy-efficient features, low noise levels, and a safe and secure environment. Low-E glass windows and new Energy Star appliances are great ways to upgrade an existing home’s efficiency.

It’s important to inspect all homes for health and safety concerns (such as air quality, radon, and mold), and I have affiliated with an inspector offering discounted packages of home inspection and environmental testing services to my clients. The long-term health and well-being of all my clients is imperative.

Also, today many people are interested in finding a low-maintenance home to accommodate their lifestyle, while others want to take advantage of the great properties with land we have in this area. The nice thing about the Triangle is that we do have something for everyone.
